Unforgettable service and stunning views

Every morning, we were greeted by the warm smiles of the staff, with breathtaking views from our balcony that made our stay unforgettable.

However, the pool water was surprisingly cold, making it hard for my kids to enjoy swimming as much as they wanted.

Check-in process felt unnecessarily long!!! Room amenities could use a serious upgrade. basic toiletries just don’t cut it!!! A clearer layout of the facilities would help guide guests better around the hotel!!!

We had the best time during our six nights! The sunset views from the beach were breathtaking, and the steak restaurant was simply the best I've ever experienced! Abdul in housekeeping surprised us with a sweet gesture that made our stay even more special.

The beach access is fantastic, and the kids club is an absolute hit with activities like painting and movie nights. The staff at the kids club, especially Afnan, were so friendly and made my kids feel safe and loved. a great experience for the whole family!

During our stay, my sons' family and I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant activities available for kids. The Rixy Kids Club provided endless entertainment with cooking classes and treasure hunts. Furthermore, the beach was pristine, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere by the pool.

Exceptional service and beautiful beachfront

I had a wonderful stay in a Premium Room Sea View for six nights. The views were breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Special shoutout to the beach staff who constantly replenished our drinks. However, the dining options could have been more varied, as some meals felt repetitive during our stay.

the outdated decor left something to be desired. The kids club was a highlight for my children, and the variety of activities kept them entertained throughout our stay. However, the air conditioning in our room was a bit inconsistent.

This hotel suits me perfectly! It offers beach access, a 24-hour reception, and an outdoor swimming pool. During my first stay, the staff helped me with some technical issues, which I appreciated. I'll always remember the wonderful service!
